    Clean place & welcoming and pleasant staff from receptionist till waiters. Location - excellent and amazing very close to Sarajevo City Center, the mall, and other shops. Also, in everything that I was interested.

    I expected better service, but this was a disaster. I've stayed in many hotels, and this was subpar-one day, I waited over an hour for a bottle of water! Plus, the rudeness from the staff at the coffee area was astonishing-they clearly prefer local guests over tourists. Honestly, I was almost going to give a good review, but just couldn't.

    booked a room with spectacular views, and the staff were very helpful and absolutely courteous people from receptionist till waiters. the hotel had a central location in all area of services. spent a nice evening at kimono, located minutes from the venue.

    The room was great for our family, providing ample space for everyone. We enjoyed the fine city views from our windows, which my kids adored. Breakfast was excellent, with a good mix of local and international options.

    Couple pleasant stay

    We had such a great time at the hotel. The location was great, just a short walk to Old Town. The breakfast buffet was a nice mix of options, I didn't mind starting my day there.

    It wasn't exactly cheap but was still acceptable for what we got.

    Just a solid selection for shopping in Sarajevo with best value for money ratio. The staff quickly helped with extra towels when requested. Make sure to check out nearby cafes for great local eats.

    Great service at check-in and cute staff made my arrival smooth. The room had a good view and was well-appointed. I appreciated the prompt replacement of the duvet cover after my daughter spilled a drink. The breakfast offered a nice variety and the staff was attentive.

    The hamam and sauna were unexpectedly closed .
